Do you have:
- A compelling transformation statement?
- A clear, emotionally resonant audience persona?
- At least 40% survey interest or 10%+ pre-sale conversion?
If not → You don’t have clarity yet. Test again or refine positioning.
✅ H – Highlight Your Unique Angle & Transformation
Do you have:
- A Unique Selling Proposition that scores 90%+ clarity in feedback?
- Differentiation from at least 80% of your competitors?
- 5%+ engagement on messaging tests (posts, DMs, beta interest)?
If not → Your PMF will remain weak even if you have demand. People need to know why you’re different.
✅ A – Align with Market Validation & Pricing
Have you:
- Done pre-sale testing and hit 10%+ conversion?
- Validated pricing with <30% objection rate?
- Used 1-on-1 convos or market polls to hear “YES, I want this now”?
If not → You may be “liked,” but you’re not bought. PMF isn’t about applause—it’s about transactions.
